Your initial appointment begins with a thorough health history and discussion of your goals for treatment. This allows me to better understand your concerns, lifestyle, and any areas of pain, tension, or injury so your massage can be tailored specifically to you.

Following the assessment, you’ll receive either a 45 min or 60-minute massage treatment focused on your individual needs—whether that’s pain relief, stress reduction, injury support, or overall maintenance.

This appointment is ideal for new clients or anyone returning after a long break, and ensures your care is safe, personalized, and effective.
